We have a great opportunity to join a growing People Team focused on our Manufacturing colleagues, located throughout the UK. The role will support our Welsh site in Tywyn and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Reporting to: HR Business Partner.

About the Role: THG Nutrition is looking to recruit an HR (People) Advisor to join the team focusing solely on our manufacturing business in Tywyn, Wales - Brighter Foods. (Note: where business need requires, you may be asked to assist the team working on our other manufacturing businesses).

The HR Advisor will report into the HR Business Partner and support them in key areas including employee relations cases, data analysis and project work plus support the wider group with HR-related activities. Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers and work with them to ensure they follow processes and procedures.
