This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Advisory Team to cover maternity leave for a 12 month period.
The HR Advisor role is a critical role of a small but busy HR Advisory function.
The chosen candidate will be advising staff and line managers on queries related to policy, legislation and terms and conditions. supporting on a variety of employee relations casework and regularly workshopping/troubleshooting with managers around people related issues, like sickness absence management.
We are seeking someone with CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience or qualification.
We would like someone with good knowledge and experience in an HR Advisory capacity.
This is a role where we ideally want someone to hit the ground running with some experience of employee relations.
