Qualifications

• Proven experience in helping with HR associated matters.
• High level of IT skills in using MS Office suite.
• Access to a vehicle and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient support service for HR policies.
• First line advice to line managers regarding employee lifecycle.
• Co-ordinate and support ER meetings as required.
• Assist with administration of HR Systems.
• Complete HR Information reports weekly and monthly.
• Support HRBP with day to day management of ER cases.
