Overview

HR Advisor (Consultancy) — Warwick

Salary: 37,000 - 40,000 + flexibility + progression + training + great working environment + bonus + autonomy. 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional local travel to meet with clients.

They are an established HR consultancy of 20 years serving SMEs around Warwickshire. They are going through a period of growth and are looking for an HR Advisor to join their supportive, fun, and cohesive team. There is no requirement for a consultancy background.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships and the delivery of day-to-day HR queries across all aspects of HR, including advising on employment law. You will also attend client meetings on site as appropriate.
