An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person-centred, passionate, HR professional to join our HR Advisory Team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support our services to deliver a high standard of care to our service users. You will provide professional advice and support to managers on a wide range of employment matters including employee relations issues, organisational change, terms and conditions of employment, management of attendance, performance management, equality and diversity, employment legislation and policy, and good people management practice.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage a caseload of employee relations and sickness cases.
• Build good working relationships with service managers to enable you support the development of their skills and teams.
• Provide professional advice and support on a wide range of employment matters to managers.

Working arrangements

Hybrid working is an option, with most team members spending 1-2 days per week working from home.
