Artis HR are working with a leading organisation in the professional services sector who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative and ambitious HR team.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, providing sound HR advice and supporting a high-performing, people-focused culture.

Role
  • You will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees across a designated business area, advising on a wide range of HR matters.
  • You will coach and support managers on performance, absence, employee relations, and engagement, and play a key role in cyclical processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and performance management.
  • You will also have the chance to get involved in strategic projects and transformation work alongside HR Business Partners, helping to shape the future of the HR function.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a HR Advisor role within a professional services environment (essential).
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business with a collaborative mindset.
Key Details
  • Location: Bristol (2-3 days per week in the office).
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Sector: Professional Services.
