A leading aerospace organization in Portsmouth is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and around 4 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment. This role involves managing employee relations, providing guidance to managers, and resolving employment issues. The organization offers a salary up to £50,000, generous pension, and a 9-day working fortnight.
My client is an Aerospace organisation involved in the design, manufacturing, certification, and services for mission-critical equipment.
They support both civil and military operators, working closely with OEM's and maintenance facilities. This is an organisation who has been established for 50 years, a global leader in mission-critical equipment, operating in over 120 countries.
The HR Advisor will support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes, compliance, and business partnering. As well as providing HR guidance to managers, managing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. You will be a focal point for resolving issues and supporting employees through various stages of their employment.

Location: Portsmouth, UK (full time on-site)
Working Pattern: 9 day fortnight (every other Friday is a non working day)
Salary: Up to £50,000
