Gap Personnel is currently supporting a well- established manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team in a role where HR is truly integral to the business.

About the Role as HR Advisor:

The successful candidate will provide expert HR support and advice across a broad range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation. You will be a key point of contact for managers and senior leaders, helping to drive HR initiatives that support both people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:

  • Deliver practical and compliant HR advice to the senior leadership team and managers.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Keep the business up to date with relevant employment law changes.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and a supportive workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements as a HR Advisor:

  • Previous experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification is essential to support the company s compliance with employment laws.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business.
