Overview

Carbon60 is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our client based in Filton. If you're passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives, this could be the perfect role for you.

This is a contract position that will last until September 2026 with the possibility of extension. You will be required onsite, 60% of the time. As it is a contract position both PAYE and Umbrell rtes are available for this role.

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
  • Developing expertise in key HR processes and systems
  • Managing employee relationships and responding to queries or concerns
  • Supporting the HR team with employee relations topics, such as capability investigations and disciplinary matters
  • Assisting with the annual HR calendar and other HR initiatives
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR systems, with a particular focus on Workday
  • Excellent IT and data analysis skills to enable evidence-based decision-making
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in customer-oriented roles, with a solution-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Google Suite would be an advantage
