Job Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various employment matters.
- Monitor and manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies across the organisation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage data in line with GDPR requirements.
- Contribute to performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that align with business goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices and case management (end-to-end)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing employee relations and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
