A vibrant further education institution in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to join its dynamic HR team. This role involves assisting with all aspects of HR administration, maintaining the HR database, and supporting recruitment processes. Ideal candidates will have proven HR administration experience, strong knowledge of HR policies, and excellent organizational skills. The position offers flexible working hours and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR team at Tameside College. The role is part‑time, 18 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern.
Working hours: Monday to Wednesday 10am‑2pm, Thursday to Friday 10am‑1pm.
You’ll assist with all aspects of HR administration including employee onboarding, contracts, and records management. You will maintain the HR database, ensuring accurate data entry to keep employee records up to date. You’ll support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates. You will assist with employee training and development initiatives, handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions, and collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and contribute to HR projects.
You will be part of the Greater Manchester Pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.
