HR Administrator

Location: Coventry
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Working Pattern: Office-based (no hybrid/remote working)

About the Role

We are working with a well-established pallet manufacturing company based in Coventry, looking to recruit an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support their busy HR function. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, people-focused position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, arranging interviewsand onboarding
  • Support absence management, holidays, and sickness records
  • Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters and reports
  • Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, proceduresand employment legislation
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional, discreet, and approachable
