Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across all areas of HR
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating inductions
- Assist with training coordination and maintaining compliance documentation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Support with payroll input and liaise with the payroll provider as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee queries and support line managers with HR-related tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and employment legislation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
