Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across all areas of HR
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating inductions
  • Assist with training coordination and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Support with payroll input and liaise with the payroll provider as required
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee queries and support line managers with HR-related tasks
