Full Time: 35 hours per week

The Opportunity

Join the College of Science and Engineering as we enhance our HR services with the introduction of a new HR Administration Hub, launching in February 2026.

This is an exciting time to become part of a new team committed to delivering streamlined, consistent and high-quality HR administration support to our people and managers. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for the role of HR Administrator to support administrative activities and processes across recruitment and the wider employee lifecycle.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

The salary for HR Administrator is £26,093 to £28,778 per annum
