As a HR Administrator you will work within the HR Team to support with recruitment, onboarding and other HR tasks where appropriate. You will need to be highly organised, possess good oral and written communication skills and can juggle many tasks at once whilst delivering the outcome to a high standard. It is essential to have a can‑do attitude and the capacity to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment. Full Training will be provided on all systems required within this role.
Job Role Responsibilities
- Recruitment – Supporting with booking interviews, speaking to candidates, liaising with managers, updating, and checking internal recruitment software.
- Oversee Bravo Benefits: sending recognition cards and deleting/adding employees.
- Complete new starter boxes, ensure new starter welcome sheets are maintained and sent to new starters prior to joining.
- Order Bechtle mugs.
- Be the host for Work Experience.
- Oversee anniversaries at Bechtle including vouchers, gifts & certificates.
- Complete starter and leaver checklists for all locations.
- Send recognition cards via internal portal for birthdays, anniversaries and occasions.
- Update spreadsheets – to include annual leave taken for payroll, start dates.
- Organise and coordinate the annual headshot photography session for new starters.
- Right‑to‑work checks on induction for new starters.
- Offer HR information to new starters and managers as and when required.
Location Specific Admin Support
- Self‑motivated and hard working.

- Strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Extremely efficient and organized whilst paying attention to detail.
- Team player but with the ability to work from their own initiative.
- MS Word & MS Excel knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork.
