Location: HeadOffice, Chesterfield

Hours: per week, Monday to Friday

Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, high-quality and responsive recruitment service across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of client recruitment needs, ensuring personalised support throughout the process.
  • Support the wider team and assist with recruitment and general tasks when needed
  • Create and publish engaging job adverts across various platforms.
  • Monitor and screen incoming applications against the required criteria.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
  • Liaise with clients and families to provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
  • Carry out all pre-employment checks including :
  • Creating offer letters and calculating annual leave entitlements.
  • Obtaining references.
  • Collecting and processing employment documents.
  • Coordinating DBS and Right to Work checks.
  • Conducting ID verification checks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries regarding current vacancies.
  • Assist the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead with administrative tasks as requested.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and meet agreed timescales.
  • To ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010, CQC, GDPR and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
