Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable client groups.
• Experience of delivering structured support in either housing or social care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Log all incidents to maintain an accurate record of events.
• Support customers in conversations with their GP and social services.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of supported housing services.

Skills

Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment

Understanding of supporting vulnerable people

Education

IT Skills including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
