About Our Client

Our client is an award winning law firm, renowned for their friendly culture. You will be joining one of the UKs foremost housing management teams who have a wealth of experience in acting for Registered Providers. The team work on varied and complex matters including anti-social behaviour and housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, property condition and hoarding cases, access cases and housing management policy advice.


Job Description


  • As a Housing Solicitor your duties will include

  • Provide legal advice and representation in housing law matters, including tenancy disputes and social housing issues.

  • Draft and review legal documents, such as tenancy agreements and court submissions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing regulations and developments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored support.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Housing Solicitor should have between 2-5 years experience dealing with this area of law. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
