A housing services provider in Brighton is seeking a Housing Plus Officer to support residents in living independently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in supported housing, excellent listening skills, and be able to engage with various stakeholders. This fixed-term role offers a salary of £30,963 per annum and a robust benefits package including generous leave and health plans.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Housing Plus Officer in the Supported Housing Team. Our team aims to provide specialist accommodation and tailored services to enable our customers to live independently and safely in their homes.
Working within one of our Extra Care schemes you will be meeting the needs and aspirations of residents, promoting independence, reducing social isolation, improving wellbeing, physical health and mental health. You will be delivering services in response to customer needs, housing policy and legislation. No two days are the same and you will have accountability for the efficient and safe running of the building.
We seek an enthusiastic and personable individual who can inspire our customers and engage with stakeholders to help build and develop a vibrant community within an Extra Care setting. You should have excellent listening and problem-solving skills and will be accountable for delivering a high standard of supported housing services. You will be comfortable working alone or as part of a multi-disciplined team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an environment catering to the needs of supported housing or similar and have housing/building management skills.
