Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality estate management with excellent customer service.
• Assist in day-to-day management of Council’s housing stock.
• Address rent arrears and anti-social behaviour.

Skills

GCSE Maths and English A-C or equivalent

Competent in IT packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work within a team

Knowledge of Orchard Housing Management System

Qualification in Housing Management

Experience in a Social Housing environment

Experience in income recovery and debt collection

Empathetic customer interaction

Accurate casework maintenance

Valid full UK driving licence

Flexibility to work outside normal hours
