A community support organization is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to manage a caseload of tenants and ensure compliance while providing necessary support. Location: Barnsley / Hybrid Role
Salary: A GBP 24,500 – A GBP 30,790 (Pro Rata to 18.5 hours)
Vacancy Type: Fixed Term Contract, 12 month maternity cover
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Housing Officer to join our team. In this role, youll manage a caseload of tenants, ensuring tenancy compliance while providing support and guidance. Youll be the first point of contact for housing-related queries and concerns, working closely with colleagues and external partners to resolve issues effectively. Alongside day-to-day management, youll also support tenant engagement initiatives and play a key role in the co-production of house rules where appropriate.
