A leading UK social landlord is seeking a Housing Officer based in Telford to ensure properties are safe and well-maintained. This varied role includes working closely with the lettings team, managing tenant relationships, and addressing complex cases of anti-social behaviour. Telford - covering Telford, Market Drayton and Shrewsbury
£32,242 - £34,617 per year
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our Housing team based in Telford. This will involve making sure that our properties are safe and attractive places to live and ensuring that tenancies are being conducted in a satisfactory way. This is a varied opportunity that will see you managing a range of situations and helping to build key relationships between Sanctuary Housing and our tenants, while consistently working in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services.
