A leading housing provider is seeking a Local Housing Manager to deliver exceptional housing and estate services in the Beeston area. In this 6-month fixed-term role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with local authorities and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers. If you have strong administration skills and experience working in social housing, along with a passion for community engagement, we want to hear from you. Salary ranges from £35,944 to £37,835 with excellent benefits.
This role is predominantly based within office hours of 9-5:30pm working a 37.5-hour week Monday to Friday. You will be expected to be out on-site two days per week with three days spent working from a local office or from home. As with any community-based role, occasional flexibility with working hours will be required and part of your job role will see you participating in supporting our customers with local initiatives and on occasions can involve weekend work, although this is not common. This role will also require you to manage relationships with the Local Authority, External Managing Agents and other External Partners. You will also be the point of contact for customers with respect to general low-level ASB complaints, estate services, lease management and enforcement.
Due Paternity leave MTVH are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Local Housing Manager who can provide excellent housing & estate services to our shared ownership/ leasehold properties within a defined geographical patch. As our Local Housing Manager, you will be the front-facing representative of MTVH, coordinating internal & external services to meet the diverse range of needs of our customer base by delivering services both on an individual & local basis to a high standard. It is essential that the ideal candidate has proven previous experience of dealing with customers presenting with complex or challenging needs.
