Housing Management Coordinator

Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Fixed term 6 months, full time (37.5 hpw), Mon‑Fri 9‑5

As our Housing and Property expert, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts

What youll do

• Working with our Independent Living over 55 customers
• Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies whilst ensuring that we are health and safety compliant.
• Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
• Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
• Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales.
