Overview

A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking to expand its housing team with the addition of an experienced housing solicitor.

You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of housing law. The firm's client base includes housing associations, local authorities and private sector entities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad spectrum of housing law matters, including but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, housing disrepair, leasehold issues, and possession proceedings.
• Represent clients in courts and tribunals where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Senior candidates of over 6 years pqe to director level.
