An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Manchester City Centre. This role offers excellent earning potential, flexibility, and a supportive working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants and delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. This is a client-focused role suited to a confident solicitor who enjoys autonomy and progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion
  • Advising clients on housing conditions, disrepair claims, and related litigation
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
  • Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and other third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE
  • Proven experience in Housing Disrepair (essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
