A local authority recruitment firm is seeking a locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer for a flexible role either part-time or full-time. Candidates will work within a legal services team on housing disrepair cases and may work hybrid or remotely. Previous experience in this area is necessary, along with the ability to start at short notice.

Our client, a Local Authority based in the South‑East, is seeking a locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis, pending permanent recruitment.
This opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Lawyer can be undertaken on a part‑time or full‑time basis. Whilst occasional office and court attendance would be preferred, candidates seeking a remote working pattern will be considered.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in dealing with Housing Disrepair matters on behalf of a Local Authority, and will be available to commence this locum position at short notice.
