About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Asset Manager to join a respected regional social housing provider on a temporary 3-month (plus potential extension ) basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to lead and develop the Investment Team, ensuring effective delivery of asset management, maintenance, and decarbonisation programmes across a diverse housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

As Housing Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the effective performance, direction, and leadership of the Investment Team, including :

• Responsible for the performance management and development of the investment team to ensure objectives, KPIs and targets are achieved.
• Monitor key performance indicators and tasks covering the investment team.
• Leading on building surveying and tenant liaison services for planned maintenance and improvement programmes.
• Driving the organisation’s social housing decarbonisation agenda, ensuring energy efficiency data is accurate and properties meet current legislation.
• Managing investment and improvement projects for the housing stock and other HRA assets.
• Overseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
