A community-focused housing organization in the Greater Manchester area is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant to support customers and manage premises safety. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, ensuring safety, and handling inquiries. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a minimum level 2 qualification in English and Maths. This full-time role offers a salary between £20,001 and £25,000 along with various employee benefits.
You will be working as part of a dedicated team to manage high quality accommodation and services whilst providing assistance to customers. You will be the first point of contacts for the premises responding to all enquiries via phone email or in person. You will maintain the safety and security of customers colleagues visitors contractors as well as the premises and equipment.
