The Role of Housekeeping Coordinator:

As a Housekeeping Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating a smooth transition for departmental requests. You will work closely with Reception and Floor Housekeepers for Room status updates and completes administrative duties as directed.

What you'll do:

  • Answer the Housekeeping Office telephone and handle guest and team member requests professionally

  • Take and relay messages accurately and promptly

  • Monitor and assign tasks using internal request systems (e.g., HotSOS)

  • Coordinate room status updates with Reception and Floor Housekeepers

  • Perform administrative duties as directed by the Housekeeping leadership team

  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

What you bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong computer skills; experience with Opera and HotSOS is a plus

  • Legal right to work in the UK

  • Immaculate personal presentation

  • A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs

  • All candidates must possess the Right to Work in the UK
