This is a role as a Housekeeping Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and laundry within the care home, ensuring a comfortable and well-presented environment for the residents.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your primary focus will be to work as part of a team to ensure all cleaning and laundry standards are met in the care home. You will follow standard operating procedures to maintain hotel-level cleanliness and hygiene, while also treating residents with dignity and respect. Key responsibilities include carrying out cleaning duties, understanding different cleaning requirements, and being adaptive and flexible to cover a range of tasks.

Previous experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting and demonstrating compassion and commitment to high‑quality housekeeping/laundry service are also required.
