Domestic Couple (Housekeeper & Groundsman) Surrey

Start Date : March / April 2026 (interviews now)

Salary : Very negotiable, dependent on experience

A warm and welcoming family based in Surrey is seeking an experienced domestic couple who love children and animals to work alongside existing staff. This is a long‑term, live‑in position for a discreet, hardworking, and upbeat couple who enjoy working as part of a team.

General Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Very occasional weekends may be required with time off in lieu

Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• High‑standard housekeeping throughout the main residence
• Laundry and ironing
• Occasional family cooking (a bonus but not essential)
• Occasional babysitting

Grounds & Estate Duties

• General grounds maintenance, mowing, strimming, hedge cutting etc
• Working with part time Gardener to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the estate
• Security oversight when the family is away

Animal Care - Daily care of dogs, cats, chickens, and sheep

Requirements

• Strong team players essential with a flexible and positive attitude
• Discretion and reliability are essential
• Two drivers required
