Live-in Housekeeper – Southampton

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an energetic and dedicated Full-time Live-in Housekeeper to join a friendly household based in Southampton. Working within a beautiful estate, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident in managing housekeeping duties in a large country home. The role is fast-paced, requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, and involves collaboration with an additional full-time housekeeper and a part-time housekeeper covering days off. While there are children in the household, no childcare is required. A driver with their own car is essential, and a car will be provided for work purposes.

Working hours: Five days a week, Thursday to Monday, 10 hours per day

Accommodation: A beautiful 2-bedroom cottage will be made available from January. Temporary accommodation will be provided until then.

Duties

• Working confidently and independently within a large property
• General housekeeping across a large country house
• Ironing and laundry management
