Overview

Housekeeper – 5* Boutique Hotel, The Megaro Hotel. The Megaro Hotel is a 49-bed boutique property that is part of the St Pancras Hotels group. It combines art, luxury and exclusivity under one roof and is noted for its distinctive style and the world’s largest external hotel mural.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hotel, including bedrooms, back of house, and public areas.
• Work as part of a team to maintain an enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
• Perform housekeeping duties efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and demonstrate duty of care procedures throughout the department.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks as directed.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
• Ensure personal KPIs are achieved and demonstrate a proactive approach to self-development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel.
• 1 year of working as a cleaner.
• Reliable and dependable in performing duties.
• Customer service centric with a desire to succeed through drive and commitment to high standards.
• Effective communication in English at all levels.
• Good team ethos with the ability to support colleagues.
• Ability to use chemicals efficiently and appropriately.
