You will perform check-in/check-out tasks, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. The ideal candidate has previous hotel experience and strong communication skills. We are looking for a Front office agent to serve as our guest first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front desk responsibility include (not limited to) register guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities as well as covering night shifts.
