What you'll bring to the team

Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, KT9 2NE

Hours: Shifts cover hours between 6.50am to 10pm across a 7 day rota.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Hotel Front Office Hosts to join the team!

As a front office host, you will be the face of our hotels and the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they are given a warm welcome and goodbye on arrival and when heading home or to the park. You will be responsible for checking-in/checking-out guests, ensuring they are given all the required information they need, showing enthusiasm while being proactive going above and beyond for guests to make sure they have the best possible experience.

Day to day your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Resolving guest enquires and feedback to the best of your ability to a high standard promoting return visits
  • Confidently answering telephone enquires quickly and efficiently and taking advantage of upselling opportunities
  • Helping maintain the hotel by keeping high cleaning standards, reporting and removing hazards and highlighting potential improvements

Fixed term contract to November 2025. Working weekends and bank holidays as required.
