Responsibilities

• Ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storage of goods.
• Prepare hot food and maintain good food safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare tables and serve beverages during service.
• Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.
