The décor blends classic English seaside charm with modern comforts, making it a favourite for both weekend getaways and longer coastal breaks.

Responsibilities

• Station Management: Oversee daily operations of their designated kitchen station.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients for their station.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff members.
• Quality Control: Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Menu Planning: Contribute to menu planning and development.

Qualifications
