Accounts Assistant - Aldwark Manor Estate- 16 hours per week (flexible on days this can be worked into)

We're looking for a Hotel savvy Accounts person to work in a small team and reporting into the Accounts Office Manager.

Pay: £12.75 an hour + share of troncs.

Role In Our Estate
  • Providing admin support for the finance team
  • Imputing items onto 'Logit' stocktaking platform
  • Inputting invoices
  • Understanding of Sage 50 a benefit but not essential
  • Chasing outstanding payments via email and phone
  • Dealing with general queries
  • Performing revenue audits
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Assisting with account reconciliations

This is a role that can be for someone new into Hotel finance operation who enjoys imputing and is task orientated. You'll play a key role in supporting the Accounts team and the Accounts Office Manager ensuring our process and procedures are followed efficiently.
