Overview

KC Mechanical is seeking a skilled hot side technician to join our growing team. If you\'ve worked on commercial ovens, stoves, fryers, steamers, and similar equipment and want reliable, local work with a company that values your experience we\'d love to talk.

• 1-3 years of experience with hot side kitchen equipment or related trades
• Confident with diagnostics, repairs, and clean installations
• Professional, organized, and great with communication
• Comfortable with service notes and basic tech tools (iPads, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
• *Commercial kitchen experience is preferred but we\'ll train the right mechanically inclined candidate.*
