Qualifications

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous.
• Experience working in a similar role, and using SevenRooms system is beneficial.

• To ensure to maximise capacity and number of covers in the restaurant.
• To ensure that all guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed in the most courteous way.
