The Role

We are looking for an ultra‑proactive, highly motivated self‑starter to take ownership of our thriving workplace as our Office Manager. This is a pivotal role that blends high‑level operational excellence with the creative drive needed to build a vibrant company culture. Office Management

As the central point of contact, you will own and oversee all aspects of our office operations, from liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensuring our facilities are always running flawlessly. You will spot potential issues and fix them before anyone else notices to always ensure an excellent workspace.

Culture & Communication Champion

Be the creative force that shapes our internal community. Conceptualise and execute engaging staff events (town halls, social gatherings), and manage all internal communications to ensure they are consistent, timely, and build connection. Enthusiasm is essential for success here!

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

You will be responsible for line‑managing the Office Intern, guiding their development, and ensuring administrative excellence. Together, you’ll identify operational gaps and proactively drive continuous process improvements within the office function to maximise efficiency and support the wider.

Budget Management

Beyond managing day‑to‑day, you’ll be responsible for managing the office budget requirements. Ensure spending remains within defined limits while proactively identifying opportunities to negotiate better deals and achieve cost savings on office supplies and vendor services.

What we’re looking for in you
  • The Proactive Organiser – your background could be in retail, hospitality or an intense project role. You have a proven track record of being ruthlessly organised and accountable. You can manage complex processes, last‑minute demands, and budgets with meticulous precision and a self‑starting attitude.
  • The Influential Relationship Builder – you are effortlessly approachable and friendly, yet fully capable of managing relationships and building trust with diverse stakeholders, from suppliers to senior leaders. Your communication style is both assertive and engaging, written and oral.
  • Resilience and Drive – you must be self‑motivated and thrive in dynamic environments. You see challenges as opportunities, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and can juggle multiple priorities. Multitasking is essential.
  • You must be able to work in our Hammersmith office 5 days a week.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
