Job description

Were looking for an engaging, experienced, and confident Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in a busy and dynamic workplace in central London.

Youll play a key role in leading front-of-house hospitality services, ensuring exceptional service delivery across meeting rooms, executive areas, and events.

About the Role
  • Monday Friday (40 hours per week)

07 : 0015 : 30 or 08 : 0016 : 30 (rotating shifts evening flexibility is required too)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support meeting room setups and resets, ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard
  • Lead and host VIP guests across boardroom and executive floors, delivering a professional and polished experience
  • Act as the Health & Safety lead within the hospitality department
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, including allergen control and labelling
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the hospitality department
  • Provide hands-on support to other departments when required
  • Oversee and support on-site events, including evening events (paid overtime)
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service at all times
