Qualifications

Sous Chef - Hospitality

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our hospitality team. If you take pride in producing well-presented, great-tasting dishes and enjoy supporting others in the kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Preparing and serving well-presented plates with a strong attention to detail
  • Leading and motivating the team, stepping up in the Head Chef's absence
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen controls
  • Contributing ideas to menus and supporting continuous improvement
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to progress
  • A passion for food and pride in presentation and consistency
  • A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • Solid understanding of allergens, compliance and HACCP procedures
