Overview

Are you passionate about food, drink and service, want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our team in London. Location: 1 Fitzroy Place, 6 Mortimer St, London W1T 3JJ.


Salary and Working Hours

Rate of Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 16:00pm.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.

  • Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.

  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.

  • Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.

  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.

  • Manage general administrative tasks.
