Job summary

A leading educational group is seeking coaches to work with learners in various hospitality settings across the UK. In this role, you will provide guidance to learners, helping them achieve their apprenticeship standards, while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Applicants should have significant experience as a food and beverage operations manager and hold a minimum level 4 hospitality management qualification. This position offers extensive support and development opportunities.

What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Experience as a food and beverage operations manager / general manager
  • Hospitality management qualification at a minimum of level 4
