Job summary

A leading training provider in the UK is seeking an Apprenticeship Learning Coach to work closely with learners at their places of work, primarily in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality, along with substantial experience in food preparation and managing front-of-house operations. This position offers extensive training, flexible working arrangements, and various employee benefits aimed at fostering a supportive and progressive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours for apprenticeship standards.
  • Working with learners at their place of work, often in well-known industry settings.

What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK's best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Experience of fresh food preparation and cooking using various cooking methods?
  • Experience of managing front of house including hosting, food & beverage and bar operations?
  • NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader.
  • Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to working autonomously
