Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focuses on providing great food and service to customers. We need talented individuals and strive to create an engaging, inspiring, and valued environment for our team members.

Your key responsibilities as the Hospitality Assistant will include:

  • Ensure the full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented, and stocked at all times
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients
  • Operate the till as required during service, following correct procedures
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, in line with procedures
  • Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents accordingly
  • Work at the bar area, preparing hot and cold beverages
  • Assist with event support as needed
Working Pattern

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
