Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Assessor / Trainer to join their team. This full-time position involves supporting learners in achieving Hospitality Management Apprenticeships, and delivering training in Functional Skills. The ideal candidate will have a recognised Assessor award, management experience in a high-end hotel, and excellent facilitation skills. Flexibility for travel is essential. Salary offers up to £38,000 depending on experience, with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience of delivering Hospitality Apprenticeships – ideally to level 5 Hospitality Management.
  • Must have experience of working in a Management role, within a high-end Hotel setting.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Management Level 4 and 5.
  • Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
  • Conduct online and face-to-face observations to gather evidence.
