Job Summary

Salary: Starting Salary : £25,807.50. After probation rising to : £27,007.50

Hours: Shifts allocated between Monday to Sunday on a Rota basis (early mornings, evenings and nights)

Location: Rotation between sites of 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HY, 24 Portland Place, London W1B 1LU and 55 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6BH

Contract : Full-time, permanent

We are holding a Hospital Cleaner Recruitment Day on Thursday 8th January 2026, at 9:30am where we are hiring for several full-time hospital cleaners to join our team.

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit full-time, fully-flexible, Hospital Cleaners to join our Environmental Services Team. We will be recruiting immediate hires and we will also be registering interest for future positions.Reporting to the Environmental Services Shift Leader, you will work in a Healthcare setting, with all members of the Environmental Services team to create a clean and safe environment that enhances the appearance of the facility.

What will your duties include?
  • Clean patient rooms, examination rooms, offices and public areas including restrooms
  • Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of surfaces and mopping of floors to ensure general upkeep of the area
  • Maintain hard floor and carpets surfaces: buffing, scrubbing, carpet shampoo and daily maintenance
  • Understand hygiene standards and infection control requirements
  • Linen and Laundry management
  • Waste management
What we need from you?
  • Customer focused approach essential
  • Previous cleaning experience essential
  • Knowledge of COSHH essential
  • Previous cleaning experience in a UK healthcare setting preferred
  • General cleaning duties in a patient environment an advantage

Full in-house training will be provided
